Damaged Items

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at alnoorjewels.aus@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include clear images of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

- Once reviewed, we will email you with the outcome and next steps.

- If a sale item is confirmed as damaged, a store credit will be issued

 

Return Eligibility

- Returns are only accepted for items damaged during transit.

- We do not accept returns for wear and tear, misuse, or change of mind.

- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, as received.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.


Exchanges

- We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind or if an item does not meet personal expectations.

- We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications prior to purchasing.


Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- You will receive a confirmation email outlining the refund details once processed.

- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
