- Please note that we do not ship to parcel lockers.

- Deliveries to rural or remote areas may experience extended delivery times.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $15–$20

International Shipping

- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $399 AUD.

- Standard International Shipping: 6–27 business days — from $15 AUD

- Express International Shipping: 2–15 business days — from $30 AUD

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

- Most international orders fall below the local low-value threshold and will not incur customs charges.

- If any duties, taxes, or import fees are applied, these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

- If a delivery is refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot take responsibility for the outcome.

- We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered as a result of incorrect shipping information.
