Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you’re still unable to locate it, feel free to contact us via Instagram, and we’ll gladly help you.
Payment went through, but no confirmation?
- No need to worry. In some cases, your bank may process a payment even if the order wasn’t completed successfully. This commonly occurs when the billing address does not match the address linked to your card.
- If you see a pending charge but haven’t received an order confirmation email, this is likely a temporary authorisation hold placed by your bank. These funds are not captured by us and are usually released within 24–48 hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery until it reaches you.
Need your order urgently?
We understand that timing can be important. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to us via Instagram, and we’ll do our best to organise faster shipping options. Additional fees may apply for express services.
How will the jewellery look when worn?
